Posted September 25, 2019 09:17:54The real estate agents who worked with a local property developer in Windermere, north of Brisbane, say the new owner is doing a good job of bringing back the Sunshine Coast real estate market and making it a more appealing option for buyers.
The Sunshine Coast Real Estate Association says the developer has taken steps to bring back the market.
The WA State Government is hoping to lure more people back to the region by offering more affordable housing and more jobs.

“It is hoped that the community’s investment will be seen as a positive for the region and its tourism industry.”
We are excited about the opportunity for a new and improved market, with a higher proportion of houses available to rent for a lower cost, with better amenities and a more attractive location in the CBD.
“The WA Government has set up a fund to help the region’s local businesses, with $200,000 earmarked for businesses, arts and cultural organisations, the Sunshine Council said.
It is also offering up to $500,000 to encourage local businesses to relocate to the Sunshine.”
