Real estate group Colorado Real Estate says it’s trying to help buyers and sellers by creating a “Real Estate Alert” that can alert buyers to real estate sales they’ve made in their city.
Colorado Realestate announced Wednesday that it is offering a Real Estate Alert app that it said is free for anyone with a smartphone.
The app, which is designed to help sellers, is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
It is also available on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and Amazon Fire tablet devices.
While the app is free, buyers will need to sign up to receive alerts via email and text message.
Users can also register an account on Colorado’s website and download the app for free.
Colorado says that its Real Estate Advisors app, available on iOS and Android, helps buyers and renters discover the best real estate deals and find other local real estate professionals to recommend.
The Real Estate Advisor app helps buyers find sellers that have the skills they need to sell their properties.
